When you become a part of this sisterhood you will develop a bond through one of the oldest styles of dance. Belly Dance! Christina will teach any women who is willing to learn. Do not be afraid to join you do not need any prior experience you just need the belief you can. We will handle the rest!
What Kangoo is - A class designed specifically for ladies who want to blast fat, increase endurance and tone up! The Kangoo boots reduce the impact by up to 80%. They provide the very best protection to your ankles, knees, hips lower back & spine. There have been studies by NASA which claim that rebound exercise is the “most efficient, effective and pleasant exercise ever devised.

Kangoo is a Low impact workout with a high impact burn. The class format is similar to an interval workout to get your heart rate up to burn those calories and then bring it down into the fat burning stage for maximizing your workout to blast the fat away! You will have so much fun you won't even feel like your working out! This class is for all levels.

The Art of Belly Dance the focus is on teaching the muscles to move in different ways to be able to perform isolated moves using the shoulders, chest, abdomen, and hips. Moves are broken down to their simplistic form and then drilled to inspiring music to become a part of muscle memory. All levels are welcome. Layering techniques and mini combinations are provided for those who are ready to take it beyond a beginning level. Please bring a hip scarf of your choice and if you do not have one, one can be provided.
In BellyDance we take the shoulder, chest, abdominal, and hip movements to the next level. Traveling steps are introducing to simple combinations to create a choreographed routine. All levels are welcome and newbies may join at anytime. Every class will warm up with a yoga sequence and shimmy drills. Please bring a hip scarf of your choice. If you do not have one, one will be provided.
In this class we will break down a professionally choreographed dance routine so you'll be busting out the hottest moves from your first class. This is a fun, high energy class that will make you forget you are working out! We finish the class with a core section do don't forget to bring the a at or towel!
This dance group is a classy, sassy, prop oriented dance group.  They dance to different styles, dress up as different characters and heat up any room with their sass.

Diva Barre TM is an exciting new wave of exercise designed to get you on your way to the grace and musce strength of a professional dancer. Ballet barre technique is infused with strength training that will not only help legthen and tone the legs, calves, and tush but will also strengthen ankles, hips, and feet. With frequent and consistent training, the use of the ballet barre requires the core and the back muscles to stay engaged the entire time, thus perfecting postural alignment, gaining stability, and, of course, building those core muscles. Floor work is designed specific to increase flexibility in the hip, balance, coordination, stamina, and improve upper body strength. Previous ballet experience is not required. Please bring a yoga mat, lots of water, and be ready to sweat!
 Please wear knee high socks and bring an extra pair just in case needed. Kangoo Jumps boots are VERY comfortable and the sizes are quite flexible, because the padding of the liner (inner shoe) adapts to your foot shape. If you are in a contract and a Member your Rental is Free! Non Members $5.00 plus tax!

Ladies who are participating in the Idaho Pole Championship will need to start taking this class.
This is an intermediate and advanced pole class.  You must have taken Pollet TM 4-8 pole classes and request instructor for a hall pass into intermediate.
Pole Level 1 Pre Requisite: Pollet (Pre Pole) Instructor will confirm your level up. Some students that is only one class! 
Pole Level 1 is the class magic starts to happen!  You begin learning all level 1 pole moves.  All instructors are trained by Kaysa Cruz pole studio owner and trainer for 10 plus years.

This dance team will explore all types of dance. Some dance experience is required.  You will dance in heels on chairs, with props. This team is looking for women who are excited to learn new styles and can dance without FEAR!
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Kendra Miller your instructor is a student of Shanti Yoga school.  She is a mother of two boys and beautiful soul.
